Flozell Adams (born May 18, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American football offensive tackle for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He was drafted in the second round (38th overall) in the 1998 NFL Draft. He played college football at Michigan State.

Adams attended Proviso West High School in Hillside, Illinois, from 1990–1994 and was a letterman in football, wrestling, and track and field. In football, he was an All-State selection as a senior, and in wrestling, he went to the state heavyweight wrestling finals as a junior.
Adams attended Michigan State University. As a senior, he won All-America honors, was named the Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year, and was a semi-finalist for the Outland Trophy and the Lombardi Award. As a sophomore, he was a second team All-Big Ten Conference selection.
