Frank Bell

Francis Jardine "Frank" Bell (January 28, 1840 – February 13, 1927) was a governor of Nevada. He was a Republican. Bell was born in Toronto, Canada, making him Nevada's first foreign born Governor. He came to Nevada in 1858, to supervise the construction of a transcontinental telegraph line though the state. He worked on this project until 1860.
