Frank Costanza (played by Jerry Stiller) is a fictional character on the American television sitcom Seinfeld (1989-1998). He was born in Tuscany, Italy, and moved at the age of four with his entire family (except his cousin Carlo) to the United States. He is the father of George Costanza and is married to Estelle Costanza. He is characteristically loud, neurotic, abrasive and eccentric. He speaks in a highly idiosyncratic, halting manner.
