Frank Collins Emerson (26 May 1882 – 18 February 1931) was the Governor of the US state of Wyoming from 1927 until his death. Born in Saginaw, Michigan, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1904. Emerson was the Wyoming State Engineer from 1919 until his election as governor.
