Frankie wrote the book titled "The Gotti Diet: How I Took Control of My Body, Lost 80 Pounds, and Discovered How to Stay Fit Forever" and was featured in the A&E; reality television show Growing Up Gotti, alongside his brothers Carmine Agnello, John Agnello and his mother, writer-journalist, Victoria. Agnello is also the owner of a tanning salon located in Huntington,New York. He is the youngest son of convicted mobster Carmine Agnello and Victoria Gotti and the grandson of convicted mobster John Gotti
On November 10, 2006, Agnello was pulled over by Suffolk County, New York, police in Dix Hills, New York, and arrested on drug charges after OxyContin pills and marijuana were discovered in his 1993 Eagle Talon Tsi Turbo.
