Frank Parks Briggs (February 25, 1894 - September 23, 1992) was a United States Senator from Missouri. Born in Armstrong, Missouri, he attended Armstrong and Fayette schools and Central College at Fayette from 1911-1914. He graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1915, engaged in the newspaper business that year, and in the publishing business at Macon, Missouri in 1925.
