Jean Frédéric Joliot-Curie (19 March 1900 – 14 August 1958) was a French physicist and Nobel laureate.
Born in Paris, France, he was a graduate of the School of Chemistry and Physics of the city of Paris. In 1925 he became an assistant to Marie Curie, at the Radium Institute.
