Most of the DVD's content had previously been included on the bonus DVD of the limited edition of Jackson's 2001 album All for You. The release includes videos from Damita Jo as well as an exclusive live performance of "Just a Little While".
The compilation omits videos for singles from other record companies such as "Scream" with Michael Jackson, "Feel It Boy" with Beenie Man, "What's It Gonna Be?!" with Busta Rhymes, and "Doesn't Really Matter". The videos for "Whoops Now" and "Janet Megamix 04", produced by Virgin, are also omitted.
