Pandemic released a sequel, Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers, on March 27 in North America and June 23, 2006 in Europe.
The game has been adapted by psychologists to assist veterans from Iraq overcome the effects of post-traumatic stress disorder.
As of September 29, 2008, the game has been released as a free download, sponsored by the United States Army. It is currently not supported in Canada.
