Furni (Furnos) is a Roman Catholic titular see and former bishopric in Proconsular Africa (present Tunisia, about 40 km from Carthage), where two towns of this name are known to have existed.
The one discovered in the ruins of El-Msaadin, near Tebourba, had a bishop as early as the third century, Geminius Victor, who died shortly before St. Cyprian. Another bishop, Simeon, assisted at the Council of Carthage in 525.

The second Furni was discovered at Henchir-Boudja, about seven miles from Zama Minor. A Donatist bishop of the see assisted at the synod held at Carthage in 411. The town was made famous by the courage of the martyr Mansuetus of Urusi, who was burned alive, according to Victor of Vita (Histor. persec. Vandal., I, 3) at the gate of Urusi, also known as the gate of Furni. In 305, during the same persecution, the basilicas of Furni and Zama had been burned.
At Henchir-Boudja may also be seen the ruins of a Byzantine fortress.
