Gary Katz is Director of Acquisitions, Southern California, for
Westcore Properties, LLC, an entrepreneurial real estate investment
firm. He also oversees due diligence, and is involved with development
and asset management. Gary brings close to two decades of commercial
real estate experience in acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset
and property management.
Prior to joining Westcore, Gary was
Portfolio Vice President with Legacy Partners Commercial, Inc. where he
was responsible for leasing and management of Legacy’s San Diego and
Nevada portfolio.
Gary’s experience before that includes
work at Bedford Properties, Kemper Real Estate Management Co., and
Meyer Investment Properties.
A graduate of University of
California at San Diego, Gary serves on the Board of Directors and is
President-elect for NAIOP’s San Diego chapter.
