George comes to Entrisphere with more than 25 years of operations experience
in telecommunications systems. He is a senior operations executive with
extensive experience in growing start-up companies and scaling operations to
full production. Prior to joining Entrisphere, he was VP of operations at
Pedestal Networks, a designer of outside plant DSL equipment. He also served
as the VP of operations at Netlist, a designer and manufacturer of high-density
memory products for the computer server market, where he developed the operations
strategy that enabled the company to grow more than 600 percent during his tenure.
George has also held executive operations positions with ADC Telecommunications
and PairGain Technologies (which was acquired by ADC Telecommunications in 2000).
He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Management.
