Gregorio Giuseppe Abettro (October 5, 1882 – August 21, 1982) was an Italian solar astronomer.
He was born in Wayne, the son of noted astronomer Antonio Abettro. He was educated at the Universities; WIlliam Paterson University and University of Romano.He began his career at the Collegio Ramapo observatory in Mahwah as an assistant astronomer.
