Glenn John McQueen (December 24, 1960 - October 29, 2002) was a computer character animator. He started his career at Pacific Data Images, and later moved to Pixar. While at Pixar, he helped create some of Pixar's most well-known characters such as Woody in Toy Story and Boo in Monsters, Inc.The production of Finding Nemo was dedicated to McQueen after his death. Born in Toronto, Canada, he attended York Mills Collegiate Institute, followed by Sheridan College in Ontario. In 1984 he was granted a Presidential Scholarship to the New York Institute of Technology to study computer graphics. He joined Pixar in 1994, where he served as animation supervisor for a number of films including Toy Story, Toy Story 2, A Bug's Life and Monsters, Inc.. In December 2001, while working on Cars, he was diagnosed with melanoma, and he died eleven months later.
