Gnathostomata (pronounced /ˌneɪθɵstoʊˈmɑːtə/) is the group of vertebrates with jaws. The term derives from Greek γνάθος (gnathos) "jaw" + στόμα (stoma) "mouth".

Some classification systems have used the term Amphirhina. It is a sister group of the jawless craniates Agnatha.
