Guler Sabanci is the chairperson of the Sabanci Holding, Turkey's second-biggest industrial and financial conglomerate. She is a third generation member of the Sabanci family. She was appointed to chairperson in 2004, after the death of her uncle Sakip Sabanci. Guler also watches over the Sabanci University that the family established in mid 1900's. She also runs a private vinyeard under the tracia brand.
