The movie will revolve around the story of a married nurse (Aishwarya Rai) and her paraplegic, wheelchair bound patient suffering from impairments of the motor and sensory functions of the lower limbs (Hrithik Roshan) who she falls in love with. The first schedule for the film began in July 2009.
It has been reported that both Hrithik and Aishwarya will sing a song for the movie together. The song will be recorded by Bhansali himself. This will be the first time Roshan will ever sing for a movie. It is said that he will now sing a song for his next releasing movie, Kites. The pair are said to be learning Portugese for the movie as well.
