Hiram Robert Fowler (February 7, 1851 - January 5, 1926) was a U.S. Representative from Illinois. Born near Eddyville, Illinois, Fowler attended the public schools of his native city, and graduated from the Illinois Normal University at Normal in 1880. He studied law at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and graduated in 1884. He was admitted to the bar in 1884 and commenced the practice of his profession in Elizabethtown, Illinois.
