In Unexpected, Hana finds Ted Sprague in Nevada and explains that the marks on their necks are from a pneumatic needle and is essentially a tracking device. She convinces him to seek revenge on the perpetrators (The Company) and partners him with Matt Parkman.
In Five Years Gone, the episodes explores an alternate reality in which New York City is destroyed by a nuclear explosion. In this alternate reality Hana is working with Mr. Bennet as they both protect people with abilities. She is killed during this episode by Matt Parkman.
