Harley Rutledge

Dr. Harley D. Rutledge (January 10, 1926 - June 5, 2006) was a U.S. physics professor, and ufologist. In 1966, Harley Rutledge completed his Ph.D. in solid state physics at the University of Missouri. He subsequently took the position of Professor and Chairman of the Physics Department at Southeast Missouri State University.
