Ray (Michael Sarrazin) is a small-time hustler who tries to steal the watch of Sandy (Trish Van Devere) in a train station (Seattle's King Street Station). She realizes what is happening, and somewhat amused at how clumsy he is, after he leaves, chases him to confront his theft.
