First shown as a television special on Thanksgiving 1993 on NBC, the video presents Carey performing a concert to celebrate and promote her Music Box album. She performed four songs from Music Box: "Dreamlover", "Hero", "Without You", and "Anytime You Need a Friend"; this concert was the first public performance of these songs. Carey also performed five older hits: "Vision of Love", "Love Takes Time", "Someday", "Emotions", and "Make It Happen". In addition to the performances, a studio version of the duet "I'll Be There" by Carey and Trey Lorenz was also shown.
