Herman Bing (30 March 1889 – 9 January 1947) was a German 1930s-1940s character actor. Bing was born in Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany and died in Los Angeles, California. He also provided the voice for the ringmaster in Walt Disney's Dumbo.
