Seems like a silly question, but does Freebase support a notion of hidden Topics - Topics that do not appear when you retrieve the Topics for a Type?
I'm exploring the use of Freebase for step-by-step tutorials, where each tutorial is divided into sections. Using a Topic for a section provides the appropriate granularity, but there is no point in allowing people to see all the individual sections using the conventional Topic list: they only make sense as part of a sequence. The only visible Topic should be the first section of each tutorial, or a separate header Topic.
Each section of the tutorial has appropriate properties for navigating around (next section, previous section, first section, etc). Clearly, the list of tutorial sections has to be visible as you fill in these properties, so that you can actually link to the other sections.
I appreciate that this can be modelled as things stand now using two Types: one for the tutorial, and one for the tutorial section. Listing all Topics for the first Type gives one entry per tutorial, which is what you want. However, it still means that people could list all topics for the 'Tutorial section' Type, which is not useful or appropriate.
