Hitoshi Goto (後藤 斎, born 1957) is a Japanese politician of the Democratic Party of Japan, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Kofu, Yamanashi and graduate of Tohoku University, he worked at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries from 1980 to 1995. He was elected for the first time in 2000.
