Holly Randall was named after Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center where she was born. Randall rode horses competitively for 13 years, and then quit after she won the 3 day eventer's Preliminary Championships. She was 20 years old and a student at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California, when her mother asked her to help her with the family run web site Suze.net. She returned home and became friends with some of Suze Randall's models, especially Aria Giovanni, Aimee Sweet, Alexus Winston, Casey Parker and Sunny Leone.
