Hook Ya Crook is a thriller involving comedy and cricket. Filming began in Mumbai and Hyderabad, India in January 2009. During the latter part of January 2009, John Abraham fractured his ankle while sliding down a twenty-foot pole. Due to his injury, several scenes had to be postponed and the film's release date was changed to March 2010.
