Howard Johnson (June 2, 1887-May 1, 1941) was a song lyricist. He was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1970. Songwriter ("I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for Ice Cream"), author and lyricist, Johnson was born in Waterbury, Connecticut, and died in New York, New York.
