Hush is a 1998 thriller starring Gwyneth Paltrow, Johnathon Schaech, and Jessica Lange. Without family of her own, Helen (Paltrow) is initially charmed by her impressive in-law and the sprawling estate where she lives. At the film's beginning, the two are driving towards the Kentucky farmhouse that Jackson (played by Schaech) grew up on, primarily to introduce Helen (Partrow) to Jackson's mother, Martha (played by Lange).
