Anna has been rejected by her college, her girlfriend broke up with her, and her big sister is getting married. She meets Sadie, who invites her to join the Clits In Action, or C(I)A, a radical feminist group. Anna soon gets in touch with her radical feminist side. The film was shot on Super 8 and Super 16 film to give it a grainy look. Babbit received permission from the Guerrilla Girls to use their slogans in the film.
