John Lawless (born September 20, 1987) is an American musician. He is best known as the drummer for the popular pop rock band the Jonas Brothers. He is also the drummer of Ocean Grove Band. He grew up in Middletown Township, New Jersey, part of Monmouth County. He is also popularly known as Flawless Lawless. Jack attended Thorne Middle School in Middletown where he began his drumming career in band class. He also was a part of the "All Shore Band" which is a concert band where members have to try out and be accepted. Jack attended Christian Brother's Academy in Lincroft, New Jersey for high school and he was also a part of a few different bands during this time.
From 2007 - 2008, Jack toured with the Jonas Brothers as their drummer. He and fellow band members Greg Garbowsky and John Taylor helped write and record music for the Brothers' third CD, A Little Bit Longer, released in August 2008.
