Jat Airways Flight JU420 was a scheduled Boeing 737-3H9 passenger flight from Belgrade, Serbia, to Istanbul, Turkey, which skidded off the runway by some 50 meters while landing at Istanbul Ataturk Airport. All 125 passengers and 6 crew were safely evacuated. Rainy weather is blamed for the accident, while local media are reporting that the aircraft was damaged.
