He attended Joseph Wheeler High School, where his team won back-to-back state titles. He posted career highs of 34 points, 15 rebounds, and 14 blocks, as well as setting school records for total rebounds and blocks.
Davidson averaged nearly a double-double per game in this his senior year at the University of Alabama. After his junior year, Davidson tested the waters of the NBA Draft. However, he pulled his name out of the draft and decided to return to college for his senior year....
