Jesse Schultz (born September 28, 1982 in Strasbourg, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian ice hockey player for the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League. Schultz spent four seasons of junior hockey in the Western Hockey League, starting in the 1999–00 season with the Tri-City Americans.
