Jimmy Evert

James "Jimmy" Evert (born July 31, 1923, in Chicago, Illinois) is a tennis coach and former tennis player from the United States. He is the father of Chris Evert, who was one of the world's top women tennis players in the 1970s and 1980s. As a youngster, Evert was a two-time U.S. age-group champion.
