Bishop Joan Enric Vives i Sicília (born July 24, 1949 in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain) is the current Bishop of Urgell, a Roman Catholic diocese, and ex officio Co-Prince of Andorra. On the retirement of his predecessor Joan Martí Alanis, he succeeded as Bishop of Urgell on May 12, 2003, and hence as Co-Prince of Andorra.
