John Robert Crichton, Jr. (played by Ben Browder) is a fictional character from the science fiction television series Farscape. He is an IASA astronaut who in the opening few minutes of the pilot episode is accidentally catapulted through a wormhole across the galaxy, thus setting the scene for the show as a whole. As the only regularly appearing human on the show he is the main focus and (arguably) the main character as he narrates the weekly credits and, thanks to a third season plot device (in which he was duplicated and the two Crichtons spent time on two different ships), he is the only character to appear in every episode.
