John Hampson is the guitarist and vocalist for the band Nine Days. After record label Sony shelved Nine Days' new album So Happily Unsatisfied, the band took a break. Their sixth album "Flying the Corporate Jet" was released online only. Hampson has in the meantime become involved in a solo career, though he has stated that Nine Days has not broken up. In 2009 John Hampson went on tour with the band having the name "Nine Days".
