John Lonsdale

The Right Reverend John Lonsdale (January 17, 1788 – October 19, 1867) was the third Principal of King's College London who later served as Bishop of Lichfield. He was educated at Eton College and King's College, Cambridge, and went on to become Principal of King's College London in 1838 following the death of Hugh James Rose.
