Jonathan Rhys Meyers (born Jonathan Michael Francis O'Keeffe; 27 July 1977) is an Irish actor, singer and model, best known internationally for his role in the 1998 film Velvet Goldmine. In the US, he is probably best known for his television roles as Elvis Presley in the biographical miniseries Elvis and as King Henry VIII in historical drama The Tudors.
