Jorge Salinas Pérez (born July 27, 1968 in Mexico City) is a Mexican telenovela actor.
Salinas enrolled in 1990 at the Centro de Educación Artístico de Televisa (CEA). He participates in the musical Solo para Mujeres, the equivalent of The Full Monty. He has a daughter, Gabriela, from a previous relationship with Adriana Cataño.
