José Manuel Marroquín

Jose Manuel Marroquin (Bogotá, August 6, 1827 - September 19, 1908) was a Colombian political figure and writer. He started studying literature and philosophy at the age of five. He went on to study jurisprudence at the College of San Bartolomé.
