Mr. Prang joined Conformia from the Mentor Capital Group, LLC (MCG)
where he advised technology entrepreneurs in product strategy, business
development, sales, marketing, and operations. A 25-year enterprise
software veteran, he drives corporate strategy, product development,
operations, and industry specific practice teams. He has experience in
software and services business models, and in all cases his companies
emerged as market leaders during his tenure. He was previously
President of Aspect Development, Division President of Cadence Design
Systems and Division General Manager of GenRad. Mr. Prang has mentored
multiple enterprise software companies including Epic Design (now
Synopsys), Agile Software, Rightworks (now i2), and SupplyBase (now
i2).
Mr. Prang is currently on the board of directors of Metreo, Inc.,
Cardonet Inc., and Trados Inc., and on the Advisory Board of
WorldChain. His industry affiliations include membership in the Wine
Institute, ASEV, and RAPS. Mr. Prang holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from
Purdue University.
