Judith Miller (born January 2, 1948) is a Pulitzer Prize winning American journalist, formerly of the New York Times in Washington D.C. Her coverage of high ranking U.S. government officials, especially regarding the Bush administration's conclusions about Iraq's alleged Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Program in 2003 and her involvement in the disclosure of the the identity of a covert CIA agent, Valerie Plame, made her a high-profile media personality. She spent three months in jail for claiming reporter's privilege and refusing to reveal her sources in the CIA leak. Miller retired from her job at the New York Times in November 2005. As of October, 2008 she is a contributor to the Fox News Channel and a fellow at the conservative Manhattan Institute think-tank.
