The company's products contain their proprietary blend of seven whole grains and sesame (which they call Kashi) and no artificial ingredients. The grains are: Hard Red Winter Wheat, oats, rye, barley, triticale, long grain brown rice, and buckwheat, along with sesame seeds. Kashi's products emphasize their high protein and fiber content.
