Kate Magowan

Kate Magowan (born 1 June 1977) is an English actress. She has been in film, theatre, television and radio productions. Kate Magowan (born 1 June 1977) is an English actress. She has been in film, theatre, television and radio productions. She made her stage debut in a production of Caryl Churchill's Top Girls and has gone on to work consistently in film, theatre, television and radio. Her film credits include leading roles in Is Harry on the Boat?, Michael Winterbottom's 24 Hour Party People, Sonya in Michael Dowse's fictional biopic It's All Gone Pete Tong and as Princess Una in the Stardust movie. She also had a short part as 'Stella' in Kidulthood. She recently appeared in two episodes of the third series of Primeval as Eve. Magowan is a graduate of The Actors Institute, London and has trained in the Meisner technique. She married the English actor John Simm in April 2004 in the Forest of Dean.
