After retiring from the music world temporarily, she now sings with Queen Adreena, an independent rock band from London.
She has also worked in performance art and photography. In late 2007, her exhibition darling, they've found the body was shown at WOOM in Birmingham. She has previously exhibited, in 2005, at the Institute of Contemporary Art in London; Queen Adreena also recorded a live album there (Live at the ICA (2005)).
She released a collection of home recordings called Lalleshwari / Lullabies in a Glasswilderness in 2006. As part of their extensive collaboration, James Sutton also made a collection of short films to go with this album.
