Keith Alexander (November 23, 1963 to July 11, 2005) born in Brooklyn, New York was a guitarist, cyclist and body modification enthusiast. He was the guitarist for the late 1980s thrash band Carnivore (fronted by Peter Steele, the goth-metal band Type O Negative) and Primal Scream. During the late 1990s he was a regular member of Dee Snider's SMFs.
He died in a bicycle accident.
