Keith Charles is a fictional character on the HBO television series Six Feet Under played by Mathew St. Patrick.
Keith Dwayne Charles, is David Fisher's tempestuous lover.
Keith was born in 1968 in San Diego and attended West Point Military Academy, graduating with a degree in Criminology in 1989 and becoming a police officer. He met David at church.
Keith dated David for several months but they broke up when Keith (who had been out to his coworkers and family for years) could not deal with David's refusal to come out. David eventually did all these things, but Keith was dating an EMT named Eddie and wanted to stay faithful to him. He tried to stay away from David, but went to David for comfort after he shot a man in self-defense. Eventually Keith got sick of Eddie and reunited with David.
Keith's sister Karla was a drug addict whose addiction constantly left her unable to properly raise her child. As a result, Keith had to raise his niece Taylor while Karla was gone. Soon...
