Kelly Osborne was born in the City of Westminster, London. She has older sister Aimee and her younger brother Jack. She has two half-siblings: Jessica Hobbs and Louis John Osbourne from Ozzy's first marriage. She had an unofficially "adopted" brother, Robert Marcato, who Sharon and Ozzy took in after Marcato's mother died.
